"Five Star is a good name, because their service is "5 Star." My family keeps coming back to purchase vehicles, and have them serviced because staff is always helpful, courteous and competent. My family has bought two vehicles here and very satisfied with service received. Service Department is always helpful and take whatever time necessary to answer any questions or provide advice. Considering they use the quality Subaru parts, their service prices seem very competitive and sometimes even cheaper than non-Subaru alternatives. Currently considering buying an additional vehicle, and sales crew has been very helpful, particularly salesman Jeff Allen, who was very responsive to questions, even checking out availability of optional equipment, including checking prices with other local equipment suppliers. Jeff, as well as other members of the sales department have been very helpful and patient, even when discussing sales near the close of the business day. They do not make a potential buyer feel rushed, which is something I cannot say about several other dealerships in the area. My experience has been that 5-Star staff will take whatever time it takes to answer questions, provide information and discuss a sale, even if sale is not completed.
