From your first conversation to driving off the lot, your dedicated VIP Relationship Manager will provide concierge-level service and a seamless, personalized experience designed around you.

Preferred Pricing: Dealer Invoice Cost Minus 2%

Eligible employees receive exclusive pricing at dealer invoice cost minus 2% on the purchase or lease of all new Subaru vehicles, including factory-installed accessories included at the time of retailer delivery.

Exclusive Service Benefits

15% Off Service & Maintenance
Receive 15% off all regularly scheduled maintenance and service repairs to help keep your Subaru running at its best. Discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Priority Loaner Vehicle Access
Stay on schedule with priority access to a loaner vehicle, helping you get back to work and on with your day while your vehicle is being serviced.

Complimentary Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service
We respect your busy schedule. Enjoy complimentary vehicle pick-up or drop-off at a location convenient for you, making service as seamless and stress-free as possible.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES & TRANSPARANCY

Vehicle Eligibility
Program pricing applies exclusively to new Subaru vehicles. Retailer demonstration vehicles, pre-owned inventory, and previous purchases are not eligible.

Additional Savings Opportunities
Employee VIP Pricing may be combined with select Subaru of America incentives, including eligible VIP coupons, healthcare and educator discounts, and other qualifying offers.

Taxes & Fees
Participants remain responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and documentation fees as required by New York State law.

Annual Vehicle Allowance
Eligible participants may complete up to two program transactions per calendar year, helping your household enjoy the latest Subaru safety, technology, and reliability. Additional vehicles allowed per dealer discretion.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VIP BENEFITS

Verify Employment
To participate in the Community Partner Employee VIP Program, proof of current employment is required. Acceptable forms of verification include:

  • Active company email address
  • Employee identification badge
  • Recent pay stub
  • Verification letter from Human Resources

Participants must also provide a company contact so Five Star Subaru may confirm employment eligibility.
